Clothing+Accessories+Home/Gift:

As we know ordering online can be tricky, so exchanges can easily be made 14 days after you receive your order. If you would not like to exchange the item, then a store credit can be issued. All you have to do is send us an email at contactthesouthernpost@gmail.com and let us know the issue / why you need to send your item back. If your item is damaged we do ask that you provide a photo in your email. We will issue you a return label which will come to your email address, and all you have to do is cut out the label, tape it onto the package, and send it on the way! Please keep in mind items must be in the condition they were in when you received them. Items MUST have the tags attached and can not have been worn, laundered (please refer to garment tags) or altered in any way (makeup stains, etc.). You will be provided with a store credit code via email after we receive the order back and ensure they are in the condition stated above. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. All jewelry, accessories, home/gift items and ANY promotional/sale items are FINAL SALE.

Custom+Monogram

If you ordered a monogram item, because of the custom nature of these products we cannot issue a refund, BUT can easily remake any items at a discounted rate of 30% off the original product price. If the product had an error at our fault (wrong initials, size, etc. other than what was listed on the order sheet) we will issue a FULL refund OR provide a replacement at no charge. Please be aware we can not be held responsible for the wrong size selected and shown on your order sheet OR the wrong initials provided. We ask that all instructions below every listing are followed to complete your purchase correctly.
